Products received after this period may not be eligible for return unless otherwise approved by Bredda Footwear.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the product must:
- Be unused and unworn
- Be in its original condition
- Be returned with the original packaging
- Include original tags, labels, and accessories, where applicable
- Not show signs of damage, washing, alteration, or excessive handling
We recommend trying footwear indoors on a clean surface to ensure it remains in returnable condition.
Non-Returnable Conditions
A return may be rejected if the product has been:
- Worn or used outdoors
- Damaged after delivery due to improper use
- Washed or altered
- Returned without original packaging or tags where applicable
- Damaged due to normal wear and tear
Wrong or Damaged Product
If you receive a wrong, defective, or damaged product, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.
Please provide your order number and clear photographs/videos of the product and packaging so that our team can review the issue.
Return Approval
All return requests are subject to inspection and approval. Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will confirm whether it meets the applicable return conditions.
Refunds
Once a return is approved, the applicable refund will be processed according to the payment method and refund process available for your order.
The time taken for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.
